As Founder and CEO of HUTE, Bhava is pursuing a fundamental reinvention of personal computing and human interaction. Through HUMAN, he envisions a world in which every individual has persistent artificial intelligence that understands their life, manages their communications, completes incoming tasks, builds and maintains relationships, and independently connects them with people across the world.

As Co-Founder and CEO of GYRATE, he is working to establish the industrial foundations of the machine economy: a vertically integrated combination of electromechanical manufacturing infrastructure and an autonomous AI engineering workforce capable of designing, simulating, optimising, validating, and industrialising complex physical systems. The ambition spans defence, space, aerospace, robotics, energy, transportation, semiconductors, and advanced industrial machinery.

Across both companies, Bhava is pursuing a single overarching thesis: the next era of technology will be defined by intelligence that can understand the human world, act within the digital world, and engineer the physical world. His ambition is not merely to build products within existing industries, but to create the infrastructure, interfaces, and intelligent systems upon which entirely new industries can emerge.

Before HUTE, she co-founded GetMuchBigger, working on AI-powered systems, business automation, and software solutions, developing experience in translating emerging technologies into practical applications.

As Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer of HUTE, Vinuthna leads the company's technical direction and the development of HUMAN's intelligence architecture. Her work centres on agentic AI, autonomous task execution, persistent contextual memory, multi-agent coordination, secure computing, and multimodal intelligence — helping build a new computing paradigm in which AI becomes a persistent, autonomous extension of the individual.

At GYRATE, she contributes to the company's AI systems and technology strategy. The ambition is an autonomous engineering workforce that can reason across electrical, mechanical, electromagnetic, thermal, and manufacturing disciplines, connecting AI-driven engineering with real-world industrial production. Her focus is the intelligence layer: the architectures, software infrastructure, and autonomous workflows that will enable increasingly capable AI engineering systems.

Her broader ambition is to help establish artificial intelligence as foundational infrastructure for both human life and physical industry — a future in which intelligent systems do not merely assist people and engineers, but can independently carry out complex work within defined human oversight and control.

His firsts include dual-voltage generators for ground combat vehicles, high-performance missile and torpedo wing-actuation motors, electromechanical missile guidance and launch-actuation systems, and motorised ammunition-cocking and electromagnetic ejection systems.

A Fellow and Engineering Executive of Engineers Australia, he has led research and development at global engineering companies including Nidec, Regal Beloit, Havells, and Medha Servo Drives. His expertise extends beyond engineering design into establishing R&D divisions, manufacturing facilities, production processes, and advanced testing infrastructure — taking complex electromechanical technologies from fundamental concepts to validated physical products.
